What began as a little idea in Berlin, is on the way to turn into a europe wide AR graffiti challenge. During the preparations for Berlin's first VR art challenge, Miguelangelo Rosario (VR & AR artist) experimented with AR graffiti. He placed trigger images on road signs, subway trains, newspapers, money and other daily life symbols, spreading AR graffiti all over Berlin. Hidden visual gems or just pure nonsense, socially critical messages or trippy cyberdelics, divers as real life graffiti. This type of augmented reality graffiti has become popular amongst AR developers.
Soon the first road signs in Amsterdam where "decorated" with augmented reality graffiti.
This is Miguelangelo's newest contribution to the AR cloud.
