Augmented Reality Mural at Swem Library | W&M Now
On April 19, a new augmented reality mural was revealed at Swem Library. Enrique Sánchez-Rivera M.B.A. ’07, founder of Augmented Island Studios, teamed up with W&M’s Institute for Integrative Conservation to find a team to design the mural. The students who created the mural, Sofia Geislinger ’22, Katie Lee ’22 and Sarah Wicker ’23, have been working on the design for over a year. This project was made possible through support from Augmented Island Studios, W&M Libraries, Muscarelle Museum of Art, and W&M Sustainability.
